DTLA 28 mission is to be a liaison between organizations and impact investors with organized projects in the Greater Downtown Los Angeles.

DTLA28 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to the revitalization and enhancement of the Historic Core of Downtown Los Angeles.
While acting as a resource connector, our mission is to preserve the rich cultural heritage of the Historic Core region while fostering development, tourism, growth, and community engagement throughout Los Angeles's Downtown center. Through collaborative partnerships with local stakeholders, businesses, government entities, and community members, DTLA28 aims to create a vibrant and inclusive environment that celebrates the district's unique history, nature, and entertainment landmarks.
Through arts, education, innovation, and community programs, DTLA28 is committed to promoting responsible urban planning and public safety, while promoting the rich cultural diversity that Downtown has to offer. By activating public spaces, promoting small businesses, and advocating for equitable policies, DTLA28 strives to ensure that the Historic Core and Downtown Los Angeles remain true to their unique, thriving and developing nature for generations to come.
